AQA Psychology has a variety of different topics. Throughout the course, students will study research methods and statistics. Other content includes: Memory, Attachment, Biopsychology, issues and debates in Psychology. Optional content is split into three options: (1) Relationships, Gender, Cognition and Development, (2) Schizophrenia, Eating Behaviour, Stress, (3) Aggression, Forensic Psychology, Addiction. There is no coursework. There are 3 exams, each are 2 hours long and account for one third of the A-level. The exams consist of multiple choice, short answer and extended writing questions.
