Would you like to enhance your practical skills and knowledge of working in the hospitality and catering sector? This course covers the essential practical skills and theory required to work in a front-of-house environment, whilst providing you with the confidence to deliver a high level of service to all customers. It will include being part of a team which runs Rouge Restaurant for lunch five days a week and provides breakfast meeting for local businesses at least once a week. You may also be able to get paid work in the restaurant, catering for a number of themed events on Thursday evenings. The course will also provide a work placement opportunity in one of London's many quality establishments.
