This course will develop a range of skills and behaviours that support competence in a work related setting. This includes developing good communication skills, verbally and in writing. Supporting meetings and events. Manage diary systems and telephone systems. This qualification will also recognise existing skills. No prior knowledge is required however it is likely that candidates will be already employed or seeking work.
