As customer expectations keep rising, customer service has become an occupational area in its own right with a growing number of people in jobs where the main requirement is to use customer service skills. Our Customer Service apprenticeship is delivered on the employers premises so no need to come to our Centre. This apprenticeship has natural progression to an advanced customer service apprenticeship or even management qualifications.
