Textile Design A Level

The A Level Textile Design course is centred around the creative exploration of a wide range of textile techniques, including dyeing, print, working with resists, batik, stitch and experimental textiles. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to experiment with traditional methods as well as new approaches and technologies. Students will also research contemporary and historical textile work from cultures around the world, developing their own work in response to a range of themes and ideas.
