The course is aimed at providing learners with the opportunity to learn new skills including hand and machine embroidery. You will look at various techniques used to create effective fabric decoration using a range of hand embroidery stitches on a patchwork design, and learn machine appliqué and free-stitch techniques. Learners will gain embroidery sewing skills which can be applied to home decoration and clothing embellishment.
