Customer Service Apprenticeships can be applied to hundreds of different job roles across a variety of sectors. Level 2 Apprentices will work in job roles such as Customer Service Trainees, Assistants and Representatives/Agents and Receptionists. Many employers also select the Customer Service Apprenticeships to compliment an individual's technical skills, for example Intermediate Apprentices may also be Trainee Hairdressers, Estate Agents, Nursery Nurses or Florists. For those progressing onto Level 3, Advanced Apprentices will work in job roles such as Customer Relationship Managers, Co-ordinators and Team Leaders. Advanced Apprentices may also be Dispensing Assistants, Dental Nurses or Cinema Operatives, etc. What will you be learning? You will be dealing with customers face to face, in writing and by telephone. Resolving customer problems and improving customer relations, promoting the products and services of your employer, collecting customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements. The Customer Service qualifications are offered at Level 2 and 3 and addresses a wide range of skills, including how to: • Communicate effectively with customers • Maintain a customer-friendly attitude • Live up to the Customer Service promise • Make Customer Service personal • Use Customer Service as a competitive tool • Recognise diversity when delivering Customer Service • Give customers a positive impression of your business
