This includes: ? A blended approach to learning & development which encompasses specialised & bespoke assessment, training & e-learning content ? the development of skills which are most essential to succeed in your career ? A programme that is tailored and most relevant to the industry and employer you are placed with ? Regular support provided by designated assessors, trainers and coaches. Our creative and Digital Media programmes consist of the following elements; National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) - This part of the qualification is assessed on the job through observations of performance, professional discussions, product evidence, professional discussions and Q&A sessions to judge your competencies Knowledge and Understanding - This part of the qualification is to ensure all the teaching and learning through on the job development and off the job training is retained and demonstrated through performance in your role Functional Skills - This part of the programme provides those who have not achieved GCSEs in English and maths the opportunity to gain these qualifications. Candidates who have achieved GCSEs in these subjects may be exempt from this element of the programme.
