This qualification is aimed at people interested in working in adult social care. You will develop the professional knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to work in this sector. Topics include: communication, the role of the social care worker, handling information, health and safety, person centred care, safeguarding and duty of care. As this is an intensive course which requires a good level of English, you will undertake an assessment during the first class to confirm your place.
