On this popular course, you develop the skills to pipe with royal icing and make sugar figures and flowers to a professional standard that are perfect for decorating celebration cakes for all sorts of occasions. All aspects of sugarcraft are covered by our tutor, including the latest trends. Students at all levels are welcome as the course covers beginner to advanced skills. A basic equipment list will be provided before the course starts. Please note materials will need to be bought each week in order to complete the projects.
