The A2 units will build upon the AS units you will already have completed, with further development of language skills in a wider range of topics which will include the environment, multicultural society and contemporary social issues. Activities will include listening to a range of spoken texts and reading a wide range of texts; in-depth study of grammar with translation to and from German; pair and class discussion as well as discussions with the German assistant on a weekly basis and writing both discursive and creative essays on a variety of contemporary social and cultural issues.
