Most students starting sixth form will take General Studies and it will help develop skills that are vital to your study of other courses in Year 12. You will study a wide range of contemporary issues that confront the world today. You will look at the changing nature and importance of culture, belief, values and moral reasoning in society. Also explored are scientific methods, principles, criteria and their application. The social, ethical and environmental implications of scientific discoveries are also considered.
