Level 2 Certifcate in Counselling Skills is for anyone interested in enhancing their communication skills as well as for those who wish to take the first steps towards a counselling career. This course introduces the use of counselling skills, an overview of counselling theory, as well as, considering ethical practice and the importance of personal development.
