This course offers learners the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, skills and understanding of the sport industry. Personal skills and qualities essential for employment and higher level study will be developed throughout the programme. The course includes a variety of units including Fitness for Sport and Exercise, Practical Sports Performance, Training for Personal Fitness, Leading Sports Activities, Running a Sports Event, Designing Exercise Programmes and many more.
