This course is designed for adaptable and flexible individuals who are already employed or who are aiming towards employment in the hospitality industry. The emphasis of the course is on Food Service but can also cover a combination of roles in Food and Drink Service or Reception. This course is specifically designed to accommodate part time employment so that you can study to gain your qualification, knowledge and skills in food and beverage service. The course includes; Customer Care, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Practical Food and Drink Service, Practical Food Service Theory, Communication Skills. Successful students may progress onto Level 3 Diploma in Food & Beverage Service Supervision or Level 3 Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision which normally takes an additional one year of full time study.
