The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) is the industry recognised body for HR qualifications and is widely recognised by employers. The CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management Level 5 is designed for HR professionals who wish to develop their career and attain an industry-recognised qualification. The course is currently made up of the following modules: - Developing Professional Practice - Managing and Coordinating the HR Function - Business Issues and the Contexts of HR - Employment Law - Organisation Design - Organisation Development - Improving Organisational Performance - Using Information in HR - Resourcing and Talent Planning By studying at this level you will develop a strategic view of HR and its importance as a business function. The course will also enable you to share best practice with and gain knowledge from other students. Students will be expected to take out CIPD membership when they join the course, at an additional cost of 90.00 GBP per year plus a 40.00 GBP joining fee (subject to change). The course fee includes materials and assessment fees. This course is eligible for an advanced learner loan.
