The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) is the industry recognised body for HR qualifications and is widely recognised by employers. The Foundation Diploma in Human Resource Practice Level 3 is the first building block for a career in HR. The Level 3 course is suitable for those who are just starting out in their HR careers and wish to build on their existing experience and for those who are thinking of changing career and wish to develop the skills and knowledge for entry into the HR profession. The Level 3 course focuses on providing students with the skills and confidence to be able to carry out HR practices in the workplace. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to meet and develop networks with other students, have access to the CIPD branch events and gain skills such as negotiating, influencing, team-working and time-management. The course is currently made up of the following modules: - Developing yourself as an effective HR Practitioner - Understanding organisations and the role of HR - Supporting change within organisations - Delivering Learning and Development activities - Supporting good practice in managing employment relations - Resourcing talent - Recording, analysing and using HR information - Supporting good practice in performance and reward management Students will be expected to take out CIPD membership when they join the course, at an additional cost of 90.00 GBP per year plus a 40.00 GBP joining fee (subject to change). The course fee includes materials and assessment fees. This course is eligible for an advanced learner loan.
