Restaurant Supervision Level 3

This course is for those who want to develop leadership and supervisory skills as well as the technicalities and theory behind running a successful restaurant. You will develop classical food and beverage service skills in a range of services, through the following units: - Legislation in food and beverage service - Understanding menus - Introduction to personal workplace skills - Food and beverage service skills - Hot beverage skills The Level 3 courses will also include additional certificates in wine service and barista skills. A range of teaching methods are used, including lectures, practical sessions, educational visits and visiting speakers. You will work in the College training kitchens and in its award-winning restaurants, The Vincent Rooms. This course benefits from real life experience in our two restaurants with excellent opportunities for work placements in industry. You will be assessed through question papers, practical assessment and project work. At the end of successfully completing this course you will have achieved: City & Guilds Level 3 Restaurant Supervision: WSET Level 2 in Wine Service & Spirits: Mozzo Coffee Barista Advanced Certificate.
