GCE A Level in Food Technology

This course is designed to allow students to develop a wider understanding of our global and constantly evolving food industry. The phrase Farm to Fork can be applied to this course as it investigates the physiological reasons for our food choices, food production methods, the nutritional needs of different members of our society and how food is marketed in society. You will be expected to complete regular focused practical cooking tasks. Please note this is not a professional catering qualification.
