This qualification introduces counselling and interpersonal skills for use in work, learning or personal situations. It will give you an understanding of a range of interpersonal skills, how they are used and how they can help you to work effectively with others. This course aims to increase your self-awareness and aid your personal development. Successful study will result in the achievement of a level 1 award in interpersonal skills.
