Who is this course for? This course is for those learners who want to develop an understanding of a variety of well-being topics in the Care and Education Sectors. What will I learn on this course? This short course will help you develop an understanding of stress and stress management. How will I learn? You will learn through a variety of methods including sharing and discussing experiences. Your work will be assessed by your tutor or assessor using a range of methods.
