The course will cover: - Health & Safety, Daily checks, fuel, oil, water, tyres, grease points - Engine construction, 4 cycle stroke - Engine Maintenance: oil & filter changes, engine lubrication, oil selection - Fuel system components - Cooling systems, water and air, antifreeze, redcap, hoses, fan belt tension - Electrical system maintenance, battery maintenance and charging, fuses, bulb replacements - Clutch construction and operation, clutch types, clutch adjustment - Transmission system layout, transmission oil and filter change - 4WD front axle maintenance - Brakes: types and operation, brake adjustment - 2WD wheel bearing construction adjustment, steering systems
