What will I learn on this course? At AS level you will study global hazards, climate change, population and globalisation in unit 1. You will complete two geographical investigations on crowded coasts and rebranding places and there is a compulsory fieldtrip to Norfolk to support this unit. At A level you will study six contested global issues: energy security, superpower geographies, water conflicts, bridging the development gap, biodiversity under threat and the technological fix. You will also complete a unit of geographical research on tectonic activity and hazards.
