The course is aimed at a wide variety of mature minded students who wish to work in the catering industry. We have a high level of students success from those who complete the course. Many of our students are from abroad or had a period of unemployment before enrolling on the course. The NVQ course is broken down into units. When you have completed this section you will be assessed on your practical skills and formally tested about your theoretical knowledge.
