The length of this course is 20 hours. The course aims to explore how to effectively browse the Internet and create and send Email messages.The Course is for anyone wishing to learn about the Internet and communicating messages using Email services.You will learn to:1. Effectively browsing web sites2. Navigating within a web site3. Searching for information4. On-line security5. Creating & sending / receiving Email messages6. Responding to received Email messagesYou do not need any knowledge skills or prior qualifications. You Will not gain any qualifications.You will learn via tutor led classroom sessions. This course could lead to a City & Guilds accredited course. You will not have to do any studying at home. If you need any extra help on the course then additional support will be available to all learners with a disclosed disability learning difficulty or needs language support.
