The length of this course is 5 hours. The course aims to build confidence in dealing with everyday situations.The course is for anyone aged 19 or over who would like to improve their confidence levels.You will learn: " The differences between assertive aggressive and passive behaviour" Strategies for demonstrating assertive behaviourYou do not need any knowledge skills or prior qualifications.You Will not gain any qualifications.You will learn via tutor led informal classroom sessions. You will not have to do any studying at home. If you need any extra help on the course then additional support will be available to all learners with a disclosed disability learning difficulty or language support.
