The Great British bake off comes to Henley with a patisserie qualification certificated by City and Guilds. Contents include: This qualification will develop learners skills to produce cakes, biscuits, pastries, sweet and savoury dough products as well as hot and cold desserts. Additionally food safety, catering operations will be some of the additional units delivered to widen knowledge and understanding of the catering industry. This course is part time -5 hours or it can be supported to full time with experience in a realistic working environment, tutorial support, English and Maths development.
