Maintaining Mindfulness Practice

This course is suitable for people who wish to learn and maintain their ;mindfulness skills. We will be exploring our current practice, and will be deepening our understanding of what ;mindfulness can offer us in terms of overall well-being. You will learn a variety of ways to meditate, and our focus will be on self-acceptance, kindness, compassion, and moving forward in a positive way. Each week will build on the previous week`s learning. You will learn through: Meditations; Discussions; Readings and teachings.
