The course will help you to understand the role of technical support in the workplace and help you develop the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to undertake this role. The course is largely practical with lots of hands-on computer work such as: Customer support provision for the ICT professional; Networking principles; Maintain ICT equipment and systems; Install, configure and integrate networked hardware and software; ICT systems and network management; Business concepts; Creative problem solving; You will also study English and maths.
