This apprenticeship is aimed at students aged 16 and over who would like to pursue a vocational career and gain a formal qualification. This apprenticeship is for chefs who want to develop their professional skills and work in high standard kitchens where they have the opportunity to work with raw ingredients in the production of complex dishes.
