On this five week course we will be preparing and decorating a selection of baked items traditional at this time of year. With classics such as Easter biscuits and hot cross buns, we will also look at traditional Easter dishes from other countries, as well as preparing some fondant decorations to complete an Easter cake on the final session. No previous experience is necessary, just a passion for food and baking. By the end of the course you will have developed your knowledge of baking and decorating, as well as improving your practical preparation skills, and increasing your confidence to reproduce the recipes at home.
