Please note learners have to be 19 years and over to attend Community Leisure courses This course covers an introduction to the internet and email. How to make the most of this resource, and advance from basic web surfing to mastering the use of search engines to gather specific information on topics from reliable sources you will learn how connect to any site on the internet and use the history, bookmark and favorites features of Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari. To be able to search for information and to be able to download a file and understand the implications for viruses and security.
