The course is for people who wish to learn how to use the SLR camera and its various functions. You will learn how to use the camera in manual mode rather than automatic. By learning how to use the camera functions, such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO. You will also learn about the camera's various controls, such as focussing, lens types, metering and in depth image controls. Learning also about image composition techniques you will be able to use the camera qualities to their best ability to enable more creative and visually striking images. ,paragraph>We will also look at lighting characteristics and how that may affect the final outcomes of our images. You will be introduced to the work of other photographers and have a basic introduction to image post production techniques using Photoshop.
