This course is for learners who like to take the stress out of Christmas Entertaining. This short 5 week course you will prepare and cook a variety of christmas dishes that can be made in advance plus learn different techniques and learn easy planning to take out the stress of the festive season. Aimed at those worried about catering for large and picky family members! Learn how to cook, prepare and store Christmas favourites to please all - and also learn valuable timing skills to ensure it all comes together at the right time!,
