This is a course to give the learner the tools to recognize their confidence levels and improve them. You will be learning in a small, friendly group environment. The aim of the session is to increase your awareness of how to build your confidence in everyday life and how to be more assertive.The objective of the course is to identify and define confidence and assertiveness, find your level of confidence and build on it. Learn how to become more positive, recognize these traits in other people through their body language.
