This qualification teaches essential skills required to give your staff an introduction to play environments and working with children and young people. They will gain an understanding of the playwork principles as well as the importance of play and playwork in children and young people's lives. This programme will develop your staffs' knowledge of the development of children through play. They will gain advanced skills and knowledge to provide quality childcare within playwork settings such as; out of school clubs, breakfast clubs, and holiday clubs
