This apprenticeship has been designed by employers for employers and aimed at those working in the employability and skills sector. The qualification aims to build on existing skills and qualifications. The topics cover all of the skill areas required to develop professionals delivering employment related services, allowing your staff to develop in their role. It will also provide you with staff who have specialised skills that will allow you to promote in house, reducing your recruitment costs. Suitable for those whom are working in the employability and skills sector such as recruitment agencies, career guidance providers, job centres or schools which deliver careers advice or any other pre-employment service. This apprenticeship is ideal if you would like to improve the lives of others by listening, assessing and advising people of their options to progress. Job roles may include personal advisor, job coach or employment trainer.
