Name: ESOL - Entry 1 Qualification title: Award in ESOL Skills for Life (Writing) (Entry 1) (QCF) Qualification type: Functional skill Assessment You will be asked to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) at the beginning of the course/workshop. The ILP is a way for you to identify your strengths, challenges and interests and set your own personal targets. This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILP regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
