A level History

UPDATED 20161107 10:37:17

Studying History is an essential way to learn from past events in order to shape our futures. The ability to look to the past and see amazing people and events and the way they have changed the course of our future is something that should inspire all young academics. In the first year students will study the early Stuarts and the origins of the Civil War, and the French Revolution and the rule of Napoleon. In the second year they will study Russia and its rulers and a personal topic-based essay. Student quote: "History is a fast-paced and deeply interesting subject and the support from the teachers has given me the chance to progress even further."
