This course has been designed to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of fundamental aeronautical engineering principles, Students on this course will benefit from the opportunity of site visits to various aviation organisations and events. As well as the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering you will study Using and Applying Mathematics - A brand new post-GCSE qualification, designed to help learners develop the confidence to use and apply mathematics critically to solve problems, as well as to make sense of complex situations that might arise in the work, learning or life in general. It's intended to be a more practical, applied and engaging alternative Level 3 qualification to A/AS Levels; and an extended project, which will develop and test your skills in extended writing, communication, research, and self-discipline and self-motivation
