For each level of AQA project there is a requirement that centres will deliver 30 hours of Taught Skills to candidates. Whilst this element is not assessed it is important that students are furnished with a range of skills in order to achieve success in their project qualification. 30 hours constitutes one quarter of the level 3 specification and half of the levels 1 and 2 specifications so it is clear that it is important.
