Each week we will look at the movement of a particular group of people and discuss reasons for their migration and impact on those whom they encountered. This is a stand-alone course but will complement 'Migration through the ages: the ancient world' (Term 1 course - HH---) and 'Migration through the ages: has migration really changed from the 19th century to the 21st century?' (Term 3 course - HH601).
