Spanish is both the study of the language and an exploration of the culture, history and geography of Spanish speaking countries. As a subject on its own Spanish can lead to a career in translation, interpreting, teaching and journalism. However it is also often combined with other subjects at degree level, including Law, History, Business and International Relations.
