Psychology A-Level (Criminal & Child) (2 yrs)

UPDATED 20161102 10:44:16

Psychology involves delving into the forces that drive and determine human behaviour. You will study some of the most important and interesting research from around the world as well as learn the skills required to undertake such research. Consider the following statements: Is it possible for a person to function on a day to day basis once their brain has been surgically split in two? What are the effects upon children of watching adults engaging aggressive behaviour? Is it possible to falsely convince a psychiatrist that you are schizophrenic? Would one person be prepared to kill another because a scientist tells them to? Can people really be reliable eye witnesses?
