These qualifications are designed to help you boost your performance as a team member and help you make the transition from working in a team to leading a team. If you are a practising team leader, they will help you be more effective and confident in your role. The course involves learning core leadership and management skills and putting these skills into practice in your workplace and improving your team's performance. You will also gain a nationally recognised qualification. Over the 3 months students will study 4 units. These units cover a whole range of general business topics including;• Understanding sales in the workplace• Meeting customer needs• Understanding change in the workplace• Planning & monitoring work
