Our Fitness Instructing course will give you the opportunity to not just learn about the methods of instruction but will cover topics such as anatomy and physiology, health maintenance, safety and welfare in a variety of fitness environments. You will learn about effective communication with your clients and gain the skills and knowledge required to plan and prepare a gym-based exercise programme with adults - both individuals and groups.
