Enjoyed watching the Great British Bake Off and want to get baking? This course is all about cooking and baking for Christmas and the festive season. The course participants can help choose what the course includes. A certificate of attendance will be awarded. Apron, hair band to tie back long hair, pen and pencil and container to transport food home. You will set some learning goals with your tutor and assess these together to see how you are getting on, your tutor will provide any help you need. No exams or tests on this course. There are many other cookery courses available including those at the local colleges. You could also try a healthy cooking course or a food safety course.
