You will broaden your knowledge and gain important leadership skills studying the core units including: Provide leadership for your team; Develop effective working relationships; Contribute to the control of resources; Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment; Lead a team to improve customer service. Practical work within the College training restaurant will allow you to develop your supervisory skills, running functions and organising practical sessions for both lunch and dinner. Opportunities also include working within the industry at prestigious events and involvement in competition work.
