Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service

You will work towards either an NVQ 2 or NVQ 3 in Customer Service. This is a job-ready qualification which requires you to demonstrate in the workplace the skills and knowledge required for the Customer service industry. You will also complete Key Skills in Application of Number and Communication, together with the Customer Service Technical Certificate (the knowledge based element). Employment Rights and Responsibilities training is also a requirement, and will be covered either by induction or embedded within the Technical Certificate or the NVQ.

It is expected that the attendance pattern would be a combination of both College attendance and workplace completion.
