Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service

You will work towards either an NVQ 2 or NVQ 3 in Customer Service. This is a job ready qualification which requires the student to demonstrate in the work place skills and knowledge required for the Customer service industry. Along with this you will complete Key Skills in Application of Number and Communication, together with the Customer Service Technical Certificate (the knowledge based element). These will depend on the awarding body requirements for the framework and the industry pathways selected. Employment Rights and Responsibilities training is also a requirement. This is covered either by induction or embedded within the Technical Certificate or the NVQ.
